These terms apply to all purchases from bynohafathy.com, operated by by Noha Fathy, Cairo, Egypt. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products

Every piece is handmade. Small variations in weave, texture, stitching, pattern placement and colour are part of each bag's character and are not defects. We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as possible; screen colours may vary slightly.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order applies.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and branding on this website belong to by Noha Fathy and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
